About the opportunity
The SDR Manager will manage and grow the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team whose goal is to generate revenue by developing opportunities for the Flock Safety sales teams. This role with report directly to the Head of Sales. The manager’s responsibilities include:
Some challenges you’ll tackle
Recruit, train and optimize a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.
Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
Establish and improve daily, weekly, monthly KPIs by helping the team understand and meet their goals and expectations
Manage inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
Work closely with the sales and marketing to improve the lead qualification process and projects that help drive revenue growth
Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
Ability to support and nurture raw talent
2-3 years of sales management experience (outbound prospecting experience preferred)
Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
Experience using CRM tools such as Hubspot
Excellent written and spoken English
Passion and drive to succeed and the desire to be the best, both individually and as a team
