This member will be an integral part of user contentment to aid customers as they will oversee all activities and communications channels used to promote the brand and the product.
The ideal candidate for this role will understand Eventeny and is able to efficiently communicate products with customers while having a positive and calm attitude. In responding in a timely manner to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction, this candidate will uphold and represent Eventeny. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s marketing initiatives to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
This is a full-time position.
Eventeny is an event operations platform for festival and convention organizers to easily access and manage their exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers. Today,
Eventeny serves more than 1000 large festivals and conventions in United States,
Canada, and Australia.

Here’s what you’ll do
-Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
-Communicate with customers through email, phone and in-person as required.
-Understand product and being able to relay product knowledge effectively.
-Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand and that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
-Design creative content to engage with existing and potential customers.
-Create blog posts and discussions to connect with our community page audience.
-Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
-Identify new lead generation channels and strategies to encourage referrals.
-Create images and layouts by hand or using design software to test across various media platforms.
-Provide the Eventeny team with feedback based on reports from customers.
Here’s what we are looking for
-College diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
-Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
-Excellent verbal and written skills.
-Comfortable to use technology and social media scheduling software.
-Be able to design in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
-Experience in graphic design.
