This member plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives

The ideal candidate for this role will understand Eventeny and thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This is a unique chance to grow and develop as a sales professional all while helping small businesses choose and onboard with Eventeny. You’ll work with a dynamic team of sales professionals, product experts, and customer success leads to educate customers and close deals.

This is a paid full-time position.

Eventeny is an event operations platform for festival and convention organizers to easily access and manage their exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers. Today,
Eventeny serves more than 1000 large festivals and conventions in United States,
Canada, and Australia.

Here’s what you’ll do:

-Answer live inbound calls and chats, and engage in email communication at a high volume with customers at different points in the sales process: discovery, decision, and onboarding.
-Aid customers in selecting Eventeny.
-Exercise and master advisory selling of solution
-Develop customer empathy and product expertise.
-Understand product and being able to relay product knowledge effectively.
-Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
-Identify new lead generation channels and strategies to encourage referrals.
-Provide the Eventeny team with feedback based on reports from customers.

Here’s what we are looking for:

-College diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
-1-4 years experience with sales, customer service in an office environment, or customer success.
-A commitment to customer empathy and ethical business practices.
-Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
-Motivated by challenge and adaptable to change.
-Excellent verbal and written skills.
-Comfortable to use technology.
