$20/hour for up to 20 hours per week, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position. This is a fully remote internship.

Overview

Eventeny is looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal applicant will possess experience in customer service, and technical writing for software, and have a strong grasp of the English language and proper grammar. Upon hiring, the Customer Success Intern will join the Customer Success team, and work closely with the Engineering and Marketing teams. The Customer Success Intern will mainly focus on content creation to assist customers in understanding our platform, as well as assisting the Customer Success team with various customer service duties when needed. Here’s what you’ll do

● Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for our knowledge base.

● Collaborating with internal teams to establish content objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.

● Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product.

● Occasionally answering customer service questions.

● Occasionally attending or taking customer meetings.

● Research and analyze competitors’ product documentation for successes and failures, and compare to Eventeny current practices.

Here’s what we’re looking for

● 1+ years experience in technical writing, the software startup industry, or comparable form of writing or customer service experience.

● Complete proficiency in the English language, including grammar and sentence structure.

● Basic knowledge of photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

● Excellent communication and proofreading skills.

● Strong attention to detail.

● Familiarity with G Suite applications.

● Understanding of SEO best practices.

● Some familiarity with Zendesk preferred.
