Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives and contribute to our expansion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to elevating our brand in key channels.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

“Parent-Approved Solutions”: As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in bringing parent-approved solutions to our customers, understanding the needs and expectations of modern parenting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with retailers, pediatricians, and hospital networks.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan with a laser focus on driving revenue growth across retail, direct-to-consumer, and medical channels.
  • Assess current sales processes and lead the selection and implementation of a CRM system to streamline sales activities and enhance customer relationship management.
  • Utilize the CRM to analyze sales data, track customer engagement, and automate sales reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with internal marketing team to create sales collateral and product education materials tailored to each sales channel.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department while maintaining a focus on strategic goals.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team and track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Oversee the development of a growing sales team by setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to ensure informed decision-making.

    Who You Are:

  • Proven work experience as a sales executive or relevant role in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of how to navigate retail, direct-to-consumer, and medical sales channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Leadership ability to build an effective sales team and to achieve success.
  • A commitment to continuous self-improvement and professional development.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
