One of the most important aspects of our school is the enrollment process. Managing prospective students all the way from initial application to enrollment takes an outgoing, well-spoken, organized person with the energy to meet new people and enjoy doing so. While the primary responsibility of the Enrollment Manager will be managing DigitalCrafts’ team of Enrollment Coordinators, the Enrollment Manager will also be tasked with CRM management, analyzing pipeline data, and leading process improvement. We’re looking for someone who, when they see an area outside of their purview that could be improved, they roll up their sleeves and get it done.
Responsibilities include leading / executing:
Manage enrollment team, made up of enrollment coordinators and inbound specialists
Manage CRM (HubSpot) from an enrollment perspective including all data collected, automated workflows, and overall organization of student pipeline
Proactively manage health of DigitalCrafts’ pipeline of incoming students
Plan, execute, and implement process improvements related to enrollment
Manage and lead relationships with university partners and/or other channels of enrollment
Responsible for all enrollment-related relationships that provide accessibility for students to join DigitalCrafts. These include state and federal programs that provide tuition assistance and/or partnerships that provide scholarships
While your primary responsibilities will be managing the enrollment team and process, you will be required to perform enrollment tasks including, but not limited to, responding to inbound inquiries and interviewing students
Creative, eloquent, excellent writing ability.
Very analytical mind with high attention to detail.
Experience with a CRM system like Hubspot.
2+ years of work experience preferably in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
1+ year managing a team of 3+ sales or customer service representatives
Motivated and passionate about education and tech
Extensive experience with HubSpot.
Experience overseeing an in-bound sales and managing a pipeline.
Previous experience as an employee at a coding bootcamp.
Familiarity and ability to “talk the talk” when it comes to software / technology (so you can speak about our curriculum from a high level).
