DataClover is the All-In-One Service Conversion Platform. We help Dealership Service Centers market, schedule, and sell service products online. Dealers can build a Digital Service Storefront (Maintenance, Repair, Service Contracts, and more!) and generate more service sales and improved owner retention. Owners receive a fast and easy digital experience that saves them money on servicing at the dealer.

We’re seeking a driven and customer-obsessed B2B Software Account Manager to maintain and grow the success of our automotive dealership customers. Your job is to manage and strengthen the relationship with our customers.

How You Impact the Company:
* Growing and managing the relationships of DataClover Dealership Customers
* Move the needle on revenue per logo.
* Expand accounts by increasing product utilization
* Be the internal and external “Quarterback” for your clients.
* Generate new logo referrals from existing happy customers.
* Allocate company resources to achieve and surpass customer expectations.

The Keys to Success:
* Unmatched Work Ethic.
* Attention to Detail and Active Listening skills
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* 1+ Year Experience in B2B Customer-Facing / Client Relationship Role with Quota
* Basic Knowledge of Automotive Industry and Automotive Dealerships
* Undergraduate Degree Required.
