WHAT YOU’LL DO
Specifically, we’ll rely on you to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer success and growing revenue in current customer accounts
  • Identify revenue opportunities within each account (i.e. Product, Channel, Region, etc.), and quantify the revenue potential
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors – understanding and supporting their strategic plans with our product offerings
  • Research and author account plans with goals and action steps for each account
  • Lead product implementation efforts to ensure successful deployment, strong financial performance, and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with all Coginiti teams to drive a seamless and streamlined customer experience
  • Attract, recruit, lead and retain a team of Account Managers
  • Provide input into future product roadmap

ARE YOU THE PERFECT FIT?
You’ll be a great fit for this role at Coginiti if you…

  • 5+ years experience with data and analytics industry
  • 7+ years experience in account management with large enterprises
  • Strong understanding of how to implement data and analytics into IT and business processes
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • An ability to successfully navigate various decision-making styles and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
