Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager coordinates and implements various marketing projects with responsibilities that include campaign scoping and creation, promotion assignments, email marketing, social media, advertising, and creating brand awareness throughout all brands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing for new product launches, rebranding, and implementation of a consistent look and feel, copy, and cohesiveness of marketing.
  • Execution of promotional campaigns to participants via all online channels.
  • Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.
  • Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives.
  • Prepare status reports on marketing efforts.
  • Bring topline campaign strategies to life with unique marketing concepts that engage audiences in a new way, aligned to overall positioning and creative tones with a fresh social perspective & customized experience.
  • Coordinate and lead the marketing activities of a product or business initiative which may include advertising, direct mailing, or customer events including expos and conferences.
  • Execution of various social media promotions and daily social media postings, and constant review of the company’s social media presence.
  • Assist in the execution of testing scenarios.
  • Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.
  • Point of contact for marketing requests, needs, and questions.
  • Oversee dozens of projects including email, online, social, print and event marketing.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.


  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook.
  • A college degree of BS or BA or higher.
  • Understanding of the landscape of our industry and experience in B2C E-Commerce best practices.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and resolution skills.
  • Personable with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • 2 years SEO/SEM experience.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills including a demonstrated ability to deliver against deadlines and juggle multiple tasks and projects through cross-functional teams.
  • Experience and familiarity with Basecamp and/or other project management applications.
  • Ability to translate positioning strategy into creative strategy and execution.
  • CRM Platform general knowledge/experience a plus
