We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to help us drive new business and fuel our growth.

This is a great position for a self-motivated, driven individual, seeking a high responsibility role with room for growth. You will have an opportunity to build a strong client base and develop markets for our services and innovative digital product platforms.

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 to 3 years of consultative sales experience and a successful track record of crushing sales targets.

This position includes a competitive base salary, commission and benefits.

What are WE looking for?

Azul Arc is looking for a valuable sales representative to join our team! We are looking to expand exponentially next year with an outside sales team who share our drive and motivation as well as our desire to serve our customers with the highest level of service.

We’ve got some very aggressive and supported goals to grow like crazy and we need motivated and driven, take-charge closers to expand on this success.

Our sales team has a very clear and realistic path to make $100K+ per year ($80K+ in your first year); with products and services that almost sell themselves. This salesperson model has been created by life-long salespeople, not a CPA or CFO. Together, our team carefully crafted this role and designed it based on creating “the dream” sales role that you’d want to stay in forever.

Our #1 goal for you as a salesperson is to help you live your ideal life, including:

Key Responsibilities

Respond in a timely manner to all leads.
Initiate follow up outbound efforts (call, text, email) to prospects.
Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and complete sales calls.
Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
Ability to identify & source information on prospective clients.
Qualifications

Strong company culture fit
Financial Services Industry experience is a must
Ability to receive inbound and make outbound phone calls via cell or internet (wired ethernet) in a quiet environment without interruptions.
Strong listening skills and excellent phone demeanor.
Technologically proficient; not necessarily an expert, but knowledgeable
Excellent written and verbal communication
CRM experience a HUGE plus
Other Information

Compensation: Base Salary – There is no ceiling to your compensation plan.
Earn commissions and bonuses on each deal you close.
Fully-remote position.
Candidates must be based in the United States to qualify.
