The Position:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role will support the Outside Sales Team, bringing Accushield’s latest products and services to new customers across multiple senior living and healthcare verticals. SDRs will be performing tasks such as prospecting, pre-demo follow-up, marketing initiatives, and other assignments that support the sales team throughout the sales process. SDRs will also play a critical function supporting the Accushield Sales Team during industry conferences.

This job will be an excellent opportunity to be a part of an emerging healthcare tech company in the senior living and healthcare industry and to gain experience working in a fast-paced startup. Our hope is that the SDR role will be a stepping stone to the role of Account Executive/Full Cycle Sales. Past SDRs at Accushield have spent as little as 6 months in this role before advancing.

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Facilitating sales information flow
  • Managing SalesForce activities
  • Cold-Calls, Warm Calls, Follow-up Calls
  • Scheduling inbound leads
  • Creating social media marketing posts and support material
  • Supporting the Sales Team in preparing required presentations, reports, analysis
  • Working with the Sales Team to provide tactical support
  • Assist with Purchase Order processing
