POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, organized, and adaptable individual who is prepared to support our talented creative team. Our Creative Admin will work with a variety of players from photography, design, merchandising, marketing, and the visualization team to create on-brand and aesthetically-elevated images. The ideal candidate will have previous on-set experience and contribute ideas, problem solve and communicate effectively. Our Creative Admin will also be expected to support in gathering props and drive to and from photoshoot locations. In this role, the Creative Admin will report directly to the Creative Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create mood boards to support client creative strategy
Organize, plan, and prep products and props for shoots
Assist with organizing photoshoot calendar
Assist with model coordination and prop sourcing
Attend photo shoots and provide logistical support as needed
Assist with post-production, photo retouching, or video editing

REQUIREMENTS:

Familiar with photo studio equipment, lighting, and photo styling
Experience with on-set standards, practices, and expectations
Knowledgeable about industry techniques and trends
A superb eye for visual composition and attention to detail
Experience working in-studio with photographer or videographer
Extremely flexible, detail-oriented, and organized
Able to lift 25-50 lbs
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

JOB TYPE:

-Must be local in Atlanta and available to work every day from 9am-12pm
