BIP Ventures (Atlanta, Georgia): BIP looks for B2B software and tech-enabled service businesses

BLH Ventures (Atlanta, Georgia): Early stage and seed VC firm 

Bull City Venture Partners (Durham, North Carolina):  Bull City invests $250K to $2 million into software and tech-enabled companies 

Canapi Ventures (Wilmington, North Carolina): The largest VC fund in the Southeast and focuses on B2B fintech solutions 

Carolina Angel Network (Chapel Hill, North Carolina): Angel fund made up of alumni, donors, and friends of the University of North Carolina (UNC)

Charlotte Angel Fund (Charlotte, North Carolina): Early-stage fund based in Charlotte. One of North Carolina’s most active angel investing groups.

Chrysalis Ventures (Louisville, Kentucky): Early-stage and growth investments firm focused on Healthcare and Technology sectors

Claritas Capital (Nashville, Tennessee): Claritas provides capital to entrepreneurs involved in health care, technology and business services from seed to Series C

Collab Capital (Atlanta, Georgia): Collab Capital is an investment fund that provides social and financial resources to Black-owned companies.

Council Capital (Nashville, Tennessee): Private equity for healthcare services and healthcare IT 

Engage (Atlanta, Georgia): Engage is an enterprise innovation platform that connects startups to industry-leading corporations. Corporate sponsors include Coca-Cola, Cox Enterprises, Delta, Honeywell, ICE, and many other Fortune 500 companies. 

Falfurrias Capital Partners – (Charlotte, North Carolina): A private equity investment firm that acquires or invests in lower, middle-market

Florida Funders (Tampa, Florida): VC fund investing in startups in Florida and the Southeast. 

Frist Cressey Ventures (Nashville, Tennessee): Early-stage VC focused on healthcare enterprises

Fulcrum Equity Partners (Atlanta, Georgia): Growth equity firm investing in high-growth SaaS, tech-enabled services, healthcare services and healthcare IT. The team closed its oversubscribed $372 million Fund V in March 2024. 

Gray Ventures (Atlanta, Georgia): Founded in 1991, Gray Ventures is a private investment company established to support entrepreneurialism in the Southeast.

Gulf South Angels (New Orleans, Louisiana): Gulf South Angels is an angel network focused on startups in the Gulf Shores region of the US 

Harbert Growth Partners (Birmingham, Alabama): An emerging growth stage investor in tech and healthcare companies.

IDEA Fund Partners (Raleigh, North Carolina): Early-stage venture capital firm focusing on technology and business model innovations.

Jurassic Capital (Durham, North Carolina): An early-stage investor with a specific focus on B2B software companies building in the Southeast. 

Knoll Ventures (Atlanta, Georgia): An early-stage venture capital firm that invests in B2B technology enabled companies prior to the Series A round.
