10 Startups Selected To Pitch For $500,000 During Venture Atlanta 2024’s Startup Showcase Live

And then there were ten.

After a whirlwind day of pitching and mentoring sessions in Midtown Atlanta, a list of 40 promising pre-seed and seed-stage startups was narrowed down to just 10 companies that will go on stage to compete for $500,000 next month.

Startup Showcase Live, which started at last year’s Venture Atlanta, is poised to be a highlight of the upcoming venture capital conference. Selected early-stage companies will pitch in front of local venture capital firms, corporate VCs, and angel groups for an investment prize.

This year’s $500,000 prize check will come from Catalyst by Wellstar, Front Porch Venture Partners, Knoll Ventures, Las Olas Venture Capital, and TiE Atlanta Angels.

The ten startups were announced during a lively event at Catalyst by Wellstar’s office in Atlanta’s Tech Square Tuesday night. The ten startups will now spend their time preparing for Venture Atlanta and the Startup Showcase Live stage on October 8th and 9th.
