Using digital MK to boost ecommerce sales during the holidays

by Ryan Waller

With just 26 days between Black Friday and Christmas, and a reported 15.5 percent growth in e-commerce sales at stake, retailers should leverage every marketing opportunity. While we’re getting close, it’s not to late to get in on the game… social media & email provide huge opportunities. They can help extend brand reach, build awareness for promotional efforts, support overall sales activity, and do so at minimal expense to the merchant. Next week you have the opportunity to attend Digital/Ecommerce School and learn quick tips for using digital marketing.

What exactly is this school thing you speak of? E-commerce/Digital school is a place where education is shared, best practices are discussed, and solutions are found. An expert in the field leads a focused lesson followed by a 30 minute workshop, Q & A, or burn session.

Who’s going to be there? The audience ranges from college students to professionals at executive level, everyone is welcome! Roger Lopez will be teaching the class!

  • Currently VP of Marketing at Sideqik and sits on the advisory board of several Atlanta Startups.
  • Previously the head of marketing/digital at an Atlanta based e-commerce company, which has grown 60% or more every year for the past 9 years
  • Said company currently ranks as one of the top 50 fastest growing businesses in Atlanta, and is an Internet Retailer Top 500.
  • Roger has been in the digital space for over 15 years and has been presenting on Digital Topics nationwide for the last decade.
