Tennessee Entrepreneur Festival, 36|86, Goes Digital for 10-day Interactive Conference

by Angela King

Rooted in Tennessee and in the spirit of community, culture, & connection; 36|86 will  bring together a global audience online August 17-28

36|86, the yearly entrepreneurship festival hosted by Launch Tennessee, is back and bigger than ever.

Traditionally a two-day, in-person festival, this year’s conference will take place digitally and over a ten day period. The fully interactive experience will connect innovators, entrepreneurs and investors, offering first-hand accounts, tactical strategies and 1-on-1 networking opportunities.

The conference will also feature 40+ sessions covering topics in five different tracks.

Personalize your content experience

At 36|86 global, you design your own schedule. Choose a track from topics which include build, culture, entertainment, health and scale, or select from a slate of keynotes, intimate AMAs, dynamic panel discussions, fireside chats, and hands-on workshops.

The conference will also host Student Edition, a student pitch competition with over $35K in prizes.

The much anticipated competition is a launching point for student entrepreneurs — providing access to funding, marketing support, networking, and community and corporate resources. Student-founded companies like mobius, Leaf, and ATS Innovations made lasting connections (and $$) at 36|86 in past years.

Insiders share expertise that will move you forward

36|86 headliners are leading voices in innovation.  The first round of speakers has been announced and includes experts such as Van Jones, CEO of REFORM Alliance, and a CNN host and political commentator. Also participating is Amit Bhatti, principal with 500 Startups.  Additional speakers include brilliant entrepreneurial minds, community builders, VCs, and business visionaries.

Don’t miss your opportunity to connect (digitally) with countless speakers, conversations, and stories designed to inspire, inform, and connect, August 17-28.
