General Assembly is gathering the Atlanta Tech Community for a night of comedy and community building at Dad’s Garage, April 5th!
This one-of-a-kind comedy show explores tech culture in two distinctly different halves. In the first half, check out a series of short improv games inspired by audience suggestions — a story about the worst meeting you’ve had or best pitch you’ve ever encountered and watch the performers launch a scene. In the second half, watch one long story set at a fictional startup complete with all the struggles, victories, and huge personalities that you might expect.
Come laugh, unwind, and meet the best and brightest in the industry!

About Dad’s Garage
Dad’s Garage transforms people, communities, and perspectives through laughter. Founded in 1995, Dad’s Garage is an award-winning non-profit theatre company that brings in over 30,000 people a year at our new Ezzard Street home in Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward, public events across the continent, and festivals around the globe. Each season features original plays and world premieres created by our performers; this creates the backbone of our programming. Dad’s Garage serves a younger demographic not typically served by traditional arts organizations. We introduce them to other arts organizations—such as The Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Opera, and Atlanta Ballet—trough strategic programming collaborations. We have established ourselves as a “Gateway Drug to the Arts” and are dedicated to building a new generation of arts consumers.
