About the Speakers
Bill Tepper is founder and CEO of Provare Technology, Inc. Founded in 2004, Provare is a small consulting business in Alpharetta that specializes in quality and productivity. Beginning with the very first discussions in January of 2004, Bill made sure that Provare was structured so that it could be employee-owned. In fact, written into the Provare corporate bylaws from those early days is the prohibition of ownership of any stock in the company by anyone who is not a current employee of the company. Provare is an active member of the National Center for Employee Ownership and Bill is a founding member of the board of directors of the Georgia Center for Employee Ownership

Michael S. Miller, CEBS: Michael has been in the retirement planning industry since 1989. He has worked with large and small companies helping them with plan design, consulting and administration. Michael’s experience spans defined benefit, defined contribution and nonqualified retirement plans. Michael is a graduate of Emory University and earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, CEBS, designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
