A snapshot of the startup ecosystem in one night
Startup Atlanta is kicking off summer with a Startup Crawl, May 3, at The Battery near SunTrust Park. Crawlers will check out some great spaces nearby and inside the Park, meet the cool new startups in town, and make new friends over a few cold ones.
Attendees will crawl to:
SharedSpace’s newly-opened Cobb location: This space is the perfect location for startups and big businesses alike. SharedSpace Cobb offers a convenient and comfortable space for freelancers, remote workers, independent professionals, and small teams seeking the energy and accessibility of a co-working space right outside the perimeter.
SPACES at Battery Park: Spaces Atlanta is an innovative and inspiring working environment located in Atlanta’s preeminent live, work, play community. Spaces Atlanta is within steps of the newly rebirthed Coca-Cola Roxy Theatre, an iconic venue where you can wind down from a hard day’s work and enjoy a concert or comedy show. Whether you’re mind-mapping, meeting, collaborating or crunching numbers, the designer desks, tables, sofas, super-fast wifi and informal meeting areas provide the perfect place for every business need.
Comcast’s accelerator – The Farm ATL: The Farm offers a variety of programs to support and nurture selected startups and entrepreneurs, including a three-month accelerator program, premium incubator office space, cutting-edge hardware prototype lab and co-working. The Farm is housed at The Battery Atlanta, a 60-acre development that includes SunTrust Park, as well as Comcast NBCUniversal’s Southeast Region headquarters. The Farm is part of Comcast NBCUniversal’s LIFT Labs for Entrepreneurs program and is operated by Boomtown Accelerator.
Startup Atlanta will also launch its 2018 Guide to the Ecosystem at this event. Each attendee will receive one of the new booklets which catalogues pertinent resources for entrepreneurs and startup founders in the local startup community.
