Exploring the Past, Present and Future of Population Health

MIT Population Health

Population Health Management involves the gathering of patient data, the analysis of that data into a single, actionable patient record, and actions through which care providers can improve both clinical and financial outcomes. Using this data, providers can track, and hopefully improve, clinical outcomes while lowering costs.

Our friends at The MIT Enterprise Forum will be exploring the past, present and future of Population Health in an exciting panel on April 27th.
