Fred is a co-founder of Resurgens and brings over twenty years of technology company investment and advisory experience to the firm. Fred has been a leader in developing investment practices at two of the industry’s most successful private equity firms, and he has worked with entrepreneurs and technology executives at dozens of software and tech-enabled services companies to create significant value for shareholders and employees.
Jeff Flynn, Managing Director, Assurant Growth Investing
Jeff Flynn joined Assurant in 2015 to focus on building Assurant’s corporate venture capital capabilities as a founding member of the AGI Team. Prior to joining Assurant, Jeff led internal strategy consulting projects within the rapidly growing online/e-commerce businesses of The Home Depot. Earlier in his career, he was an investment professional with H.I.G. Growth Partners (H.I.G. Capital), focused on growth equity investments in technology-enabled businesses.
Ramsay Battin, Partner, Eastside Partners
Ramsay Battin joined Eastside Partners in 2013 as a Partner based in Atlanta. Ramsay has over 10 years of venture experience, including as a Partner at Eastside’s predecessor, Southeastern Technology Fund. Most recently, Ramsay served as a Director at Arcapita Ventures.
