DreamHack is the world’s largest computer festival, providing a live platform for fans of eSports, digital creatives music acts, game developers and cosplay. And with Atlanta named #5 best city for gamers in the country, what better place to bring the third U.S. installment of the digital party?
DreamHack Atlanta, July 21 – July 23rd, is the second of three cities on this premiere U.S. tour. With more than $800,000 up for grabs in eSports Tournaments, a 24-Hour LAN Gaming Party, cosplay, tabletop gaming, live music, and more, the event promises to be a paradise for the digitally competitive. Gamers are able to bring their own rigs to set up alongside friends for gaming nonstop for 3 days.
“DreamHack Atlanta offers a global meeting place for casual, competitive and professional gamers. We are thrilled to be expanding into North America and look forward to the first Atlanta event,” says DreamHack’s Chief Executive Officer, Marcus Lindmark.
And Atlanta attendees will get to experience some extra city pride during the festival opening act, when Atlanta-based recording artist and rapper Waka Flocka perform on the main stage Friday, July 21 at 10:30 p.m. Tickets are included in festival pass.
