October 7th is international Customer Experience (CX) Day hosted by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). CXPA is a professional networking group for everyone who is interested in building great customer experiences.
To celebrate the CX Day, CXPA is hosting a local networking event. CX enthusiasts will learn how to kickstart their customer experience efforts with customer-centered innovation and customer journey mapping, and CX masters will learn how to maintain their CX momentum by operationalizing their journey map, measuring results and planning for on-going cycles of improvement.
