When a digital marketing SaaS platform is used by both high school seniors and the Atlanta Falcons, it’s worth checking out what all the hype could be about.
And from their Buckhead headquarters, iFOLIO is certainly turning heads — or more specifically, turning more eyes to digital devices — through their unique set of products that drive customer engagement opportunities.
The customer experience SaaS company has found a niche within the digital marketing space building an industry-agnostic platform. Their platform helps drive engagement and brand loyalty through custom campaigns, dynamic text messaging, and customizable pitch decks to help find and close customers online.
iFOLIO got off the ground in 2016 as a way for students to easily put together their personal brand to help stand out during the college application process. But the team soon realized that their streamlined platform could help enterprise clients optimize how they interacted digitally with potential customers.
Whether it is a professional services company, a non-profit, or a sports team, iFOLIO works with sales and engagement teams to build a digital portfolio and create customized, sharable decks. The platform has even been used by politicians to successfully leverage text campaigns during the election season.
The Atlanta Falcons’ sales team, for example, uses iFOLIO to share season ticket options in a more streamlined manner.
iFOLIO focused early on making 1:1 interactions online streamlined and more efficient, thus helping teams save time while sending out sales and marketing emails. The team has expanded their product offerings to include built-in campaigns to help maximize digital reach. Over the summer the team announced a partnership with Twilio to improve digital storytelling capabilities.
The team has grown quickly since 2016, and their advisory board is something any startup of their size would envy.
Chris Adams, Digital Creative Manager at iFOLIO told Hypepotamus iFOLIO has witnessed unique change over 2020 while their customers have had to get more strategic about getting their brand in front of customers. “Our clients have been leaning on us more than ever to get their word out,” said Adams.
Founded by Georgia native and Georgia Tech alum Jean Maria Richardson, the team is currently expanding its Atlanta-based team and looking to bring on a front-end developer, account executives and a handful of other positions.
