Atlanta: Greenlight completed it’s Series D, totaling $260 million
Atlanta: OneTrust raised $210 million in its Series C round
Charlotte: Prescient, a construction and manufacturing tech startup, raised $190 million in a private equity deal.
Atlanta: Illuminarium raised $100 million in a debt financing round
Louisville: ClimateTech startup Climavision raised $100 million Series A
Charlotte: Transportation and payment software company Passport raised $90 million in growth capital from Sixth Street Growth, following a $65 million Series D funding round in late 2019.
Atlanta: Popmenu raised $65 million Series C
Atlanta: ATDC grad Florence Healthcare, focused on streamlining clinical trials, raised $80 million.
Charlotte: HR-focused software company Oyster raised a $50 million Series B led by New York-based Stripes
Miami: FinTech banking solution Novo raised $40.7 million in Series A funding
Atlanta: RoadSync raises $30 million in Series B funding
Miami: Heru, an AI-powered vision diagnostic startup raised $30 million to scale
Morrisville: JupiterOne, a cyber asset management company, raised $30 million Series B
Atlanta: sundayapp, a restaurant management startup, is moving from Paris to Atlanta and raised $24 million to scale
Durham: PropTech startup Higharc raised $21 million Series A
Atlanta: Automation startup Intential raised $20 million
Chattanooga: Thanks to a private equity deal, FreightWaves has $16 million to expand its shipping and analytics platform
Atlanta: Supersapiens raised $13.5 million to help athletes better monitor their blood glucose levels
Atlanta: Fold, a Bitcoin rewards app, raised $13 million Series A
Atlanta: SmartCommerce raised $13 million Series B
Kentucky: EBlu Solutions raised $11.4 million in Series A funding
Atlanta: Saltbox, Atlanta’s co-warehousing space for eCommerce businesses, raised a $10.6 million Series A. It’s also eyeing a national expansion.
Atlanta: Pay-per-mile auto insurance startup Mile Auto raised $10.3 million in seed funding
Nashville: Valkyrie, a cryptocurrency asset manager, raised a $10 million Series A
Atlanta: Started by Stacey Abrams and Lara Hodgson, NowAccount raised $9.5 million to help small businesses get paid in a more streamlined manner.
Atlanta: Medxoom, an engagement platform for the healthcare industry, raised just over $8 million in Series A funding from Castellan Group
Charlotte: MedShift raised $8 million Series A
Raleigh: ndustrial.io raised $6 million Series A
Miami: personal finance startup fortu raised a $5 million seed round
Nashville: AdCritter raised $4 million venture round
Atlanta: Fanbase raised $3.5 million in seed funding
Raleigh: Element451, a CRM platform for colleges, raised a $3 million Series A
Birmingham: Wyndy, a babysitting payments platform, raised just over $3 million in a venture round
Durham: Wearables startup Revibe Technologies raised $3 million
Chattanooga: Wireless router designer Torch, which focuses on keeping kids safe online, raised $3.5 million in seed funding
Birmingham: Help Lighting raised $2.5 million Series A
Birmingham: Networking ecosystem startup Linq raised $2.5 million
Durham: EnMass Energy raised $2.15 million in seed funding.
Birmingham: SaaS platform Streetmetrics raised just over $2.2 million
Alpharetta: Maptician raised $1.7 million in seed funding.
Atlanta: Ally Commerce spinoff Green Feather raised $1.5 million
Atlanta: Goodr raised a “bridge to Series A” round totalling $1.5 million
Birmingham: Event and networking engagement platform Mixtroz raised $1 million in seed funding
Birmingham: Techstars Alabama graduate Con.doit raised $1 million in pre-seed funding, led by Overline Ventures.
Chapel Hill: RepVue raised $1 million as it looks to help sales professionals find their next position
Charlotte: Bundle, a mortgage shopping marketplace, raised $600,000 in seed funding
Nashville: Mobile enterprise software startup Lasso raised a $300,078 seed round
Durham: Fandex, a game trading platform, raised just under $275,000 in seed funding
