Techstars Startup Weekends are 54-hour events designed for technical and non-technical aspiring entrepreneurs to create real, working startups. Beginning on Friday, March 8, with pitches and continuing all weekend with brainstorming, business plan development, and basic prototype creation, the weekend culminates in demos and presentations on Sunday, March 10.
During the weekend, participants will hear talks by industry leaders and receive valuable feedback from local entrepreneurs. Whether you are looking for feedback on an idea, a co-founder, collaborators with specific skill sets, or a team to help you execute, Techstars Startup Weekend is the perfect environment to take the first steps toward launching your own startup.

Attendees will pitch their own idea or listen to others, then vote on the most interesting ideas and form teams with diverse skill sets. Ideas should be something never previously worked on, and can span social, educational, financial, environmental, or other issues.
Over the course of the weekend, teams will be challenged to create a prototype of an MVP that fits the needs of the target customer. They’ll get feedback, iterate, and maybe even pivot the approach entirely — all within 54 hours!
