The speakers:
Juliette Powell, founder of WeTheData, will be joining in as a keynote speaker and judge, alongside Dan Benjamin. Juliette is a media entrepreneur, a community catalyst and the author of 33 Million People in the Room with a life mission to help make meaning of our digital lives. Dan is a broadcaster, writer, software developer, designer, and ex-corporate stooge. He’s also the founder of 5by5.
The pitches:
Expect 30, three minute pitches followed by three minutes of Q&A. First place wins a 5,000 cash investment, Starter Upper package from AR|PR, pair of DownBeats, $100 credit from Creative Market, three months of AcuityComplete bookeeping services, and 30 minute individual meetings with nine entrepreneurs and 11 investors.
