Home Depot partnered with Uber to deliver Christmas trees in 10 cities including Atlanta. For $135, consumers got a 7-to-8-foot netted tree and a stand delivered via Uber with the purchase charged to the user’s Uber account.
Uber is a mobile app that allows people to order a fancy ride around town, see a picture of their driver before they arrive, pay with a credit card or PayPal, and review the service after the ride- all for the same price of a cab.
