Midtown’s Historic Biltmore | Home of Digital Agency with Serious Atlanta Flair

Hype’s hunt for cool office spaces took us back to our old stomping ground – the beautiful and historic Biltmore Hotel. Built in 1924 with Candler/Coke money, the Biltmore was home to the South’s first radio station and is now the headquarters of 352 Inc, a digital product development agency. 352 has an impressive roster of clients including: Autotrader.com, Microsoft, the Tampa Bay Times and the world’s first free online fundraising platform, YouCaring.com.

The Digs
The space feels immediately inviting and the decor is an Atlanta love fest. Just check out the nifty Midtown skyline wall paper below. The best part of the space? The awesome phone booth addition 352 has built into the side of the main work area. The exterior reminds me of the Chokey (Miss Trunchbull’s time out space in the story Matilda), but the inside is serene and perfect for a private conversation.

Swing by for a game of ping pong next time you’re in the area & check out their awesome work.
