WWC: Front End Project Build Day

August 10 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

**RSVP HERE** https://communitybuilddayatl.splashthat.com

Women Who Code Front End Track Lead Jennifer Ponder will bring together women in tech for an online community Front End Build Day Project and she will be on location at the Facebook’s 3rd annual Community Challenge to discuss the Front End Development Track and the new deep learning technical tracks introduced this year.

Facebook’s goal is to bring together developers from across the globe to build software using React360, Spark AR, or HTML5 Games to give people the power to connect with friends and family, build communities, and grow businesses.

Developers are invited to submit software across one of three categories: Productivity and Utility, Gaming and Entertainment, and Social Good. There are over $165,000 USD in prizes for regional and global winners, with the global first place winner walking away with up to $25,000 USD in prizes.

Interested in competing in the challenge? Pull together a team to participate in a fun-filled build day with us at General Assembly. Please RSVP today and follow the steps below to participate. Facebook will have food, drinks, and host a small networking mixer after the build day concludes!
