Health Hacks incorporates the highest-yield shortcuts from western medicine, behavioral economics and psychology, and integrative health to help women thrive. Throw away the old standards of “just use more willpower” or “eat less, exercise more”, because in the ER, there’s no time for unproductive steps and effort – and you don’t have time for them, either.
Hacks don’t add to your to-do list, they make it easier to do. So good health can be simpler. So you can find your own “I’ve GOT this”.
