The Centennial Yards Transformation

Join TAG Media & Entertainment Society as we hear an exciting and interactive overview of Centennial Yards, the 50-acre urban revitalization project transforming downtown Atlanta. Formerly known as “The Gulch,” this area will include a thriving community, a world-class entertainment district, featuring unique venues, retail establishments, leading businesses, and new apartments designed to develop a diverse, collaborative and inclusive community.

The Centennial Yards is redefining and re-establishing Atlanta’s epicenter. This will become one of the most exciting sports, entertainment and business districts in the country, and it will feature some of the most advanced technology in the world. Media and entertainment activities and venues are core to the overall revitalization strategy. Centennial Yards will be the showcase for many entertainment experiences, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Atlanta.

Brian McGowan is the President of Centennial Yards Company, which serves as the master developer of Centennial Yards. He will share the version of the program and the progress to date.
