Recess: Stress Relief Retreat

Recess is an interactive community gathering centered around wellness, health, and fitness.
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and join our host Liz Cates in a guided meditation and yoga practice where she’ll help navigate how to relieve stress and be more present in the moment.
In this interactive session, you will participate in a:
- Focused breathing exercise
- Guided meditation
- Yin yoga practice
Be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your own mat!
