Mindful Monday – Virtual

This virtual class is designed to help you build focus, heat, and confidence. Opportunities to test your balance and strength will present themselves during Andrea’s creative and intentional sequence. Class will begin with calming breath work, followed by constructive body movement allowing you to deepen your postures, challenge yourself, and learn something new. Bring along a positive and open mind as this class is created to suit the wellbeing of anyone and everyone!
