Map the Movie: A Journey Mapping Exercise

May 22, 2025 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Customer journey maps helps us get a holistic, big picture understanding of a user’s journey through a problem, solution, and resolution. It goes beyond the interface to fully understand the motive and pain but journey maps can be a daunting task. Candra Gill will help teach us how to put together a customer journey map, what to include/exclude, how to get other stakeholders to collaborate on the map, and how to use it to tell the right story to make it as useful as possible to us as UXers.

Attendees will pick from a list of well-known movies to “map out” — this will allow us to focus more on the structure rather than the nitty-gritty content .. plus it’s gonna be way more fun. 🙂 We hope to se you there!
