Leadership Breakfast Series: Neal Aronson

Neal Aronson founded Roark in 2001. In addition to his responsibilities as Managing Partner, he is most actively involved in Roark’s investments in Inspire Brands (owner of Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Rusty Taco, and Sonic), Primrose Schools, Jimmy John’s, FOCUS Brands (owner of Schlotzsky’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Moe’s Southwest Grill, McAlister’s Deli, Auntie Anne’s, and Jamba Juice), and Driven Brands (owner of Maaco, Meineke Car Care Centers, Carstar, 1-800-Radiator and Take 5 Oil Change).
Prior to founding Roark, Neal was Co-Founder and CFO of U.S. Franchise Systems. Previously, Neal was a Principal of Odyssey Partners, L.P., a Principal and General Partner at Acadia Partners, L.P. (now Oak Hill Partners) and subsequently a Managing Director of a successor company Rosecliff Inc. Neal began his career in the corporate finance department at Drexel, Burnham, Lambert Incorporated.
Neal received a B.A. from Lehigh University.
