Implications for eCommerce

January 14 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

In concert with ever increasing user expectations for personalized, friction-reduced interactions and the ever increasing threat from bad actors exploiting known and unknown vulnerabilities, the effects of the skills gap are noticeable.  In this conversation, we’ll discuss local impacts and results of the Governor’s Task Force on High Demand Careers in IT, some external solutions and advice for seizing the initiative at your organization to improve your odds in this employee-driven market for talent and alternatives for partnering and joint ventures to keep a lid on rising costs to compete.
