Another Create-X Demo Day is in the books.
Last night, students who participated in Georgia Tech Create-X’s Startup Launch shared their products, apps, and startups plans to a packed house during Demo Day on Georgia Tech’s campus. Now in its 11th year, Create-X is one of the top startup programs for college students and helps create the next generation of startup founders in Atlanta.
Hypepotamus was on the Demo Day floor and got to meet many of the budding entrepreneurs who participated in the cohort. Here are a few students and startups that caught our attention:
NeuroChamp
Developed by a team of biomedical and mechanical engineering seniors, NeuroChamp is a daily-wearable headband that continuously monitors pediatric seizures outside hospital settings, enabling more informed treatment for children with epilepsy. The team’s headband can be seen above. Watch the NeuroChamp video pitch here.
Stride Labs
Stride Labs fully automates the orthotic design process from 3D scan to insole creation through the startup’s AI model. This helps drastically decrease the amount of time needed to create a custom orthotic. Watch their video pitch here.
Duet

LilyPad
Bubble Date
